Practical Self Defense
The Practical Self Defense Course was started in 1982 in Stockton, California. I first started it as a fun raiser for the rifle club I belong to, Stockton Rifle Club. Than I thought make it an requirement for my regular class. As the word got out, I found more people were interested in learning, so I sought to expand. At this time I had been working for the City of Stockton as a Senior Code Enforcement Officer, my total time was 14 years. So I taught this class to City employees for five years, wow did we have fun. I don't have time to tell you stories about how much fun we had. To date, I have graduated over 900 men and women in this course.
THIS CLASS IS DESIGNED FOR WOMEN, CHILDREN, and of course men.
This class is a combination of different styles, we don't mention the styles in the class, because students will leave telling everyone that now they know a certain style of martial art. This course does not involve really any weapons. Practical means, using what you have on yourself or what you can pick-up to defend yourself.
The cost of this class is $30.00, here's what you get. The fee is a life time membership for this course. That means after you graduate, you can come back anytime, as many times as you like, as long as we are in business. Remember, I started in 1968 and am still around, you won't find hardly any school that has been around as long as we have. You can practice it over and over, perfecting your moves, to truly know how to defend yourself.
The Practical Self Defense course is offered to Code Enforcement Officers, Utility workers, Chain store employees, for your church, school, office, family reunion, class reunion, birthday party, Jazzercise class, or your family. We can travel to your state, county, city, home. Please contact us for prices and requirements.

There is about 20 to 25 line items you will learn. When you pay the $30.00 you get a manual that explains every move in detail, and has a lot of other helpful information you and your family can use anywhere or anytime.
